Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original protective packaging, ensuring that CDs, vinyl, or sheet music are well-guarded against damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or address the package to our returns department, then drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
